The range is an estimate, and nothing more

The range this site produces comes from a statistical model built on 4,493 arms-length Sault Ste. Marie sales from 2022 to 2026, combined with the answers you give. It is a broad estimate. It can be wrong, and on an unusual property it can be badly wrong.

It is not an appraisal, not a comparative market analysis, not an offer to buy, not a listing recommendation, and not advice about what to price your home at.
